PepsiCo is launching a "more than $400 million set of initiatives over five years to lift up Black communities and increase Black representation at PepsiCo." The initiatives will "focus on three pillars—People, Business, and Communities." 2021 Update: PepsiCo aims to double the amount it spends with Black-owned suppliers, with an incremental spend of $350 million per year by 2025. Before the end of 2021, PepsiCo aims to distribute $11.4 million to Black-owned restaurants.
