Throughout Black Music Month TikTok will be offering special programming to celebrate and highlight Black artists' contribution to music on its platform. Additionally, the company announced a donation of $3 million from its Community Relief Fund to non-profits that help the Black community, which has been disproportionately affected by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. TikTok will commit another $1 million toward fighting the racial injustice and inequality.
